Warranty Policy
Arctic Fox Australia products (knows as “Products”) are rigorously tested to ensure that it meets stringent standards. Consequently, if any problem occurs the products are warranted for a maximum period of 1 year. The warranty period varies from product to product.
The goods are warranted only to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a warranted product fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at our option. Replaceable warranty is for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. Claims beyond 3 months are entitled for repair of the product to your satisfaction. For any reasons if the product is not repairable, the product will be replaced at the discretion of the Company.
This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, normal fading, abuse, negligence and misuse or modification of product, exposed to extreme conditions, solvents, acids, water or any other liquid etc.
When submitting a warranty claim, we request you to present the purchase invoice/warranty card as a proof of purchase. If the product is no longer available for sale, an appropriate and equivalent article will be proposed to you (at times at a special rate).
Arctic Fox Australia shall endeavour to provide a rapid and satisfactory solution within the scope of this warranty, but in no way can it be held responsible for cases of force majeure as defined by the law and legal precedent that might prevent implementation of the warranty.
Arctic Fox Australia’s liability for damages shall be restricted only up to repair/replacement of the defective piece and in no event and under no circumstances it shall exceed the price paid (after discounts, if any) by the customer to the Company for the damaged piece stated in the invoice/cash memo.
